NPCs in Dragon's Dogma are characters in Gransys the Arisen can meet while on their travels. NPCs include characters who give out Quests, Merchants that sell Items and Equipment, Innkeepers who manage Inns, and characters the Arisen can make conversation and bond with. Dragon's Dogma NPCs

Merchants

These NPCs sell a variety of useful Equipment and Items, as well as services such as Enhancement, Purification, and changing character appearance.

Innkeepers & Camp Supervisors

These NPCs are found in Inns and Camps and can be paid to get rest, recovering your party's Health, as well as helps keep your Items in storage. Some may even help you set the Vocations of the Arisen and Main Pawn and any Skills.

Quest NPCS

These NPCs have major and minor roles in several main and side Quests.

Escort Only NPCs

These NPCs aren't particularly involved in any main or side Quest but have escort Quests to raise their affinity.

Other NPCs

These NPCs aren't involved in any Quests, however, most can be interacted and bonded with.
