Debilitations in Dragon's Dogma are negative status conditions which can afflict both characters and monsters. They are caused by attacks, skills, items, and the environment. Visit Buffs for a list of positive status conditions. Several Armor pieces have the ability to grant a character resistance to certain Debilitations, making it harder for the Debilitation to be inflicted on them. When the Armor equipped takes away resistances, characters are more likely to be hit by these Debilitations.
