The Magick Archer is an imaginative Vocation in Dragon's Dogma. They have access to Daggers, Staves, Magick Bows and light to medium Armor and can execute a myriad of tactical roles. This Vocation is a Hybrid Vocation, meaning it's only available at the Gran Soren Union Inn . It's strong in melee and ranged situations, though it may need party aid in keeping heavier enemies off of them.

Magick Archers are an utterly unique class, overflowing with magically-imbued Dagger skills and special tactical arrows. They can launch ricocheting shots, arrows that illuminate the area, fire a multitude of homing magical arrows, set themselves on fire, set traps and cast spells and are very mobile. They are particularly appreciable in that their magical arrows all are seeking missiles, and for their special effect abilities that make them very versatile in both combat and non-combat ways. Neither especially skilled at mobs or bosses, they, rather, are the most tactically-focused class and lend themselves well to dungeoneering and travelling.

Magic Archer's have low defenses and, while they often can heal themselves, they cannot others; thus, a melee unit to draw burst-focused enemies and a healer to support the other pawns. Generally, this class has perhaps more flexibility in its party than any other.
