Favored Branches is a Weapon in Dragon's Dogma. Favored Branches is an Archistaff with a decently high Magick stat. Archistaves can be used from long ranges and their skills are capable of dealing massive amounts of damage in large areas, usually at the cost of long, interruptible charging times. Depending on the skills a player equips, Archistaves can deal magicks with any type of Elemental Damage and/or bludgeoning damage.
An archistaff with widening branches at one end to gather and focus magick power into every attack.

- Can be purchased from Caxton at Caxton's Armory (Stage 4+).
- Can be purchased from Jayce at the Rest Camp (Stage 4+).
- Can be purchased from Alon at the Ancient Quarry (Stage 4+).
- Can be purchased from Barroch on Bitterblack Isle (Stage 4+).
