- Found at Windworn Valley - atop a very high area that is most easily reaching using a Snow Harpy
- It is easiest to grab a Snow Harpy and fly up to the location marked by the quest.
- When you are close enough to the Snow Harpies to see them, sprint towards them and grab the first one. They tend to fly up right to the elevated area where the badge is located.
- Simply drop down, grab the badge and fight off the Snow Harpy to complete the quest.
