The Mystic Knight is a simple Vocation in Dragon's Dogma. They have access to Swords , Maces , Staves , Magick Shields , heavy Armor and can execute melee and ranged offensive roles, as well as support. This Vocation is a Hybrid Vocation, meaning it's only available at the Gran Soren Union Inn . It's strong in melee and ranged situations situations and will rarely need any particular form of party support except perhaps healing.

  • Your Job
    Mystic Knights bridge the Fighter and Mage, granting the class several flashy weapon attacks and enchantments. It bears large shields with high stability, can imbue the weapons of itself and others with magic, and can create Sword/Mace-based spells. It strongly lends itself to a leadership role, mixing melee with ranged attacks and bolstering itself with others.

    Nearly any. This class is so well able to deal with both melee and ranged and can supply enchantments that it covers several roles by itself. A single additional melee unit may help with the slight cast times of some of it's abilities.
