Cloaks are Armor pieces in Dragon's Dogma placed on the back of a character's that provide several defensive properties and resistances. Depending on the armor piece, characters can gain or lose resistances to different Elements, Debilitations and damage types. Cloaks come in a variety of capes, cloaks, and neck wraps that can also change the character's appearance. Players should be wary about mixing armor pieces of different sets with each other as some pieces may overlap with each other or disappear completely.
