Arc of Obliteration is a Skill in Dragon's Dogma that can be used by Warriors in Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. Some Skills are shared between Vocations - when you buy a Skill, it can be accessed by any Vocation that can use it and doesn't have to be purchased again when swapping Vocations. New Skills can be bought using Discipline Points and changed at Inns around Gransys.
Dragon's Dogma Arc of Obliteration Effects
Arc of Obliteration has the following effects:
- Character first charges their attack then slams their weapon down in the direction they are facing. A fully charged attack deals heavy frontal physical damage.
- It throws the Enemies up into the air. If they are thrown high enough, they will take fall damage on impact.
- Allows more movement than Arc of Deliverance.
- Requires 10 seconds to recharge. If you release the attack before letting it fully charge, it will deal significantly less damage.
- You can cancel the charge by pressing the [Jump] button.
Arc of Obliteration Dragon's Dogma Requirements
These are the requirements to unlock and use Arc of Obliteration:
- Vocations:
- Weapons: Longswords/Warhammers
- Rank Available: When Arc of Might/Arc of Deliverance is available
- Cost: Warrior's Ring/Warrior's Band
Dragon's Dogma Arc of Obliteration Upgrades
Some Skills have advanced forms that have stronger effects that can range from more damage, having a longer duration, being able to hit more enemies etc.
This is the advancement path for Arc of Obliteration:
- Arc of Might > Arc of Deliverance > Arc of Obliteration (with Warrior's Ring or Warrior's Band)
